We recommend beginning your dress search about 10–12 months before your wedding date. Many gowns take several months to arrive once ordered, and additional time is needed for alterations to achieve the perfect fit.
Most designer gowns take 4–6 months to arrive after ordering. For this reason, starting your dress search early helps ensure there is plenty of time for delivery and alterations.
Alterations typically begin about 2–3 months before your wedding. This allows our alterations team to carefully tailor the gown to your measurements and ensure every detail fits beautifully.
Bring any inspiration photos you love, along with the people whose opinions you trust most. Nude undergarments and shoes similar to your wedding day height can also be helpful when trying on gowns.

To keep appointments comfortable and personal, we recommend bringing up to 4–5 guests with you. We recommend bringing a small group of close friends or family members who will support you and help make the experience memorable. Keeping your group small helps the appointment feel relaxed and focused.
Yes! For brides who would like to celebrate with a bigger party, we offer a V.I.B. (Very Important Bride) Appointment.
This private 2-hour experience allows you to bring up to 10 guests and includes complimentary champagne and mimosas for your group.
The appointment is $150, and that $150 will be credited toward the purchase of your gown if you find the one during your visit.
